SALES ENGINEERS (LOCATION: VADODARA)

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Science / Business Administration / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience of 1 – 2 years.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in Industrial Pumps and allied capital products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the Gujarat Industrial Areas and understanding of the process industry trends in the region.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

PROJECT EXECUTIVE (LOCATION: VADODARA)

  • Processing of all the incoming orders & informing customer regarding order receipt by way of order acknowledgement.
  • Act as single point contact between customer & internal departments for any post order communication / matter.
  • Sourcing and ordering required Engineering Materials / Parts from principals, suppliers / vendors.
  • Developing / Negotiating prices and commercial terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Tracking delivery of all of bought outs & ensure timely delivery of each of them to fulfill customer delivery date of entire package.
  • In case of project order, preparation & submission of all of project documentation within given timeframe & obtain timely approval & manufacturing clearance from customer.
  • Submission of progress reports for project orders as agreed with customer.
  • Carry out internal inspection at supplier’s or principals works.
  • Attend any witness inspection at supplier’s or principal’s works & assist customer (or customer appointed TPI) in clearing inspection.
  • Taking dispatch clearance from customer if agreed in pre order stage.
  • Checking specification, documentation & visual quality parameters of all bought out items & maintain proper records for future review.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely delivery of materials
  • Resolving disputes and handling any logistics issues that arise.

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BBA / Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience of 1 – 2 years in purchasing or a similar role, especially in Engineering Industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Pumps and allied products.
  • Proficiency with ERP
